Mrs Riyaza Razik
Founder & Director
With over 10 years of experience in NGO management and community development, she has dedicated her work to empowering women, supporting families, and creating sustainable social impact. She oversees EMWA’s operations, humanitarian programs, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives with strong leadership and compassion. Her vision is to uplift underprivileged communities through education, welfare projects, clean water initiatives, and women empowerment programs.

Mrs Zaakiya Ilyas
CEO
With extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and organizational development, she plays a key role in managing EMWA’s vision and operations. She is passionate about empowering women, supporting humanitarian initiatives, and creating positive social change through sustainable community programs. Mrs Zaakiya Ilyas is the wife of Mr Aadhil Nazeer, Founder & Director of Vsoft Technologies Ltd. Her dedication and leadership continue to inspire growth, compassion, and meaningful impact within the organization and the communities it serves.

Mr Asaf Khan
Director
Director of Empower Women Association and is also the Treasurer of the Ceylon Baithul Maal Fund. With extensive experience in community service, humanitarian initiatives, and financial management, he is dedicated to supporting social welfare and empowering underprivileged communities. His commitment to charity, transparency, and sustainable development continues to play an important role in strengthening EMWA’s mission and impact.

Mr Aadhil Nazeer
Director
He is a Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Software Engineering with First Class Honours from London Metropolitan University (LMU). He is also the Founder & Director of Vsoft Technologies Ltd. With expertise in technology, digital transformation, and software development, he supports EMWA’s mission by contributing innovative ideas and modern digital solutions to strengthen community outreach, organizational growth, and humanitarian initiatives.
